LOS ANGELES (AP) - Coco Miller and the Georgia Bulldogs have big plans for this season.
Miller scored a season-high 28 points as No. 4 Georgia beat UCLA 89-55 Saturday for their ninth straight win.
Miller's twin, Kelly, added 19 points, six assists and a career-high 17 rebounds for Georgia (11-2). Kelly Miller's performance made her the first Georgia player to place among the school's top 10 in points, rebounds, assists and steals.
"I definitely think we can get to the Final Four, and hopefully win a national championship," Coco Miller said. "We have a huge presence inside that we didn't have last year, and we've been really improving on defense."
Tawana McDonald finished with 14 points, 10 rebounds and five blocked shots for Georgia.
UCLA (1-10) feels the loss of four starters and two key players, Nicole Kaczmarski and LaCresha Flannigan. Kaczmarski, who averaged 11.7 points last year, is going to transfer. Flannigan is academically ineligible.
"I'm not used to this," Bruins coach Kathy Olivier said. "This is UCLA. We've had great teams and we have high expectations, but we have people playing major minutes who have never played Division I."
Coco Miller scored the first five points as Georgia began the game with a 7-0 run. UCLA narrowed the deficit to 16-11 with 13:45 left in the first half.
"Early in the game, I thought they were a lot quicker than we were," Georgia coach Andy Landers said. "They played physical, tough and determined for 40 minutes."
But UCLA scored only four points during the next 10 minutes, as Georgia built a 31-15 advantage with 3:46 left in the first half.
Georgia started the second half with a 12-0 run to extend its lead to 51-23. The defeat was the most one-sided for UCLA this season.
Michelle Greco led UCLA with 22 points and Kristee Porter, an All-American in volleyball, had 11 points and eight rebounds.
