ADVANCED TICKET SALES BOOTH

ALCOHOL
Alcohol is not sold or permitted inside Pauley Pavilion for UCLA Basketball games.

The UCLA Family takes great pride on our athletic program. During the past sixty years, UCLA teams have rewarded students, friends and alumni with 85 NCAA team championships (66 which have been won by the men and 19 by the women). Even more amazing, from 1981 to 1991, UCLA teams won 27 titles, more than any other university in the country. To a large extent, these achievements would have been unattainable if not for generous financial contributions to the UCLA Athletic Fund. Banners are not permitted inside Pauley Pavilion.
CHILDREN
Pick up a free id. Bracelet for your child at the Customer Service Office located at Gate 1. The bracelet will indicate your child's name and seat location, so that if your child becomes lost, they can be returned to the proper seat.
CONTAINERS AND COOLERS
All containers including cans, plastic and glass bottles, thermoses and coolers are not permitted in Pauley Pavilion.
CONCESSIONS
A wide variety of food and beverages are sold on the Spectator Concourse at Gates 5 and 13, and on the Floor Level near Gates 2 and 10. Weather permitting, there is also a Food Court open immediately before and during each home game, reached by exiting Gates 4 and 5.

Should you need help, contact an usher or come to a customer service office, located on the spectator concourse at Gate 1.
DIRECTIONS TO PAULEY PAVILION
Using the 405 Freeway, approaching from the south (LAX, Santa Monica Frwy, etc.) Exit Wilshire Blvd (East). Proceed to either Gayley avenue or Westwood Blvd. Turn left, proceed through Westwood Village to the UCLA Campus and follow directional signs. Please note: to avoid congestion, we suggest you utilize Parking Structure 1 located south of Pauley Pavilion. These structures can be reached using Gayley Avenue.
Using the 405 Freeway, approaching from the north (San Fernando Valley, etc.) Exit at Sunset Blvd. Turn left on Sunset Blvd., proceed to Veteran Avenue, right on Veteran to Montana/Gayley, left on Montana/Gayley to UCLA campus entrance, OR, use Sunset Blvd to Belagio Road, turn right on Belagio to De Neve Drive, turn left to Charles E. Young Drive Northand follow directional signs, OR, exit at Sunset, proceed straight to Church Lane to Montana Avenue, turn left on Montana and proceed to UCLA campus entrance. Due to construction on campus, arriving early is advised.

ENTRANCE GATES
Gates open 60 minutes before tip-off. All patrons may be subject to search upon entrance to Pauley Pavilion.

The Pauley Pavilion Office is open during regular business hours. Gates open approximately 60 minutes prior to tip-off on game day.

LOST AND FOUND
Lost & Found is located at the Customer Service at Gate 1.
LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
If your tickets are lost or stolen, duplicates can be obtained on game day at the Customer Relations Window between Gates 2 & 3. You will be charged $3 per ticket. Duplicates can only be issued for the season ticket holder of record.

Visit the UCLA Central Ticket Office on the first floor of the James West Alumni Center, between Pauley Pavilion and Ackerman Union, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Game Day
Visit the Box Office at Pauley Pavilion on gameday, located on the south side of the stadium. The Box Office opens two and half hours before kick-off.
PARKING AT PAULEY PAVILION
Parking is $6 per car in structures located throughout the campus. Cars with a handicapped placard are free of charge. Several structures closest to the Pavilion are reserved for special permit parking. Permits should be displayed in the lower left corner of your windshield. Handicapped parking is available immediately adjacent to Pauley Pavilion. All vehicles must display a valid State of California handicapped placard and registration upon entering these lots.
POLICE
Police are located throughout the Pavilion or contact the nearest usher for assistance.
PUBLICATIONS
Various UCLA publications and pocket schedules are available at the Central Ticket Office, in Pauley Pavilion on game day, and by mail (UCLA Sports Information, PO Box 24044, Los Angeles, CA 90024-0044).
RADIO BROADCAST NETWORK
All UCLA Basketball games may be heard over Fox Sports Radio, 1150AM.
RE-ENTRY
Re-admission is permitted with a valid ticket stub and re-admission pass. Please pick up your re-admission pass as you leave the building.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds and exchanges are not available.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located on the Spectator Concourse near Gates 4, 11 (women) and Gates 6, 13 (men) and on the east end of the Floor Level near Gate 15 (women and men).
