Los Angeles - Bruin senior Catherine Hawley came from behind to defeat ASU's Lauren Colalillo, 6-2, 4-6, 6-3 in the deciding match at No. 6 singles, helping the No. 11 UCLA women's tennis team pullout a 4-3 upset victory over No. 7 Arizona State Friday at the Los Angeles Tennis Center.

Hawley, who was down 0-3 in that third and deciding set, won six straight games to win the match for UCLA, keeping the Bruins perfect record in tact. The Bruins are now 7-0 on the year, while ASU drops its first match of the season and falls to 3-1.

Friday marked the first time all year that the Bruins have dropped the doubles point. In addition to Hawley's victory in the No. 6 slot, UCLA received wins from Megan Bradley, Sara Walker and Petya Marinova at the top three singles positions.

The Bruins return to action tomorrow as they host Arizona at the LATC beginning at Noon.
