You've heard of Rock the Vote... but in this 2004 election Bruins will Jock the Vote...
Politics affects literally every aspect of your life. As a student athlete at a public university, your education, your ability to play sports for a Division I program, and the opportunities and resources offered by UCLA- are just a few of the aspects influenced by the American government. As American citizens it is our right to voice our opinions and take advantage of making choices that will directly affect our future. Use this website to register, become informed on different issues and candidates and begin your involvement in the political process. It is time to turn around the fact that our age group has one of the lowest turn outs in the country. So, Bruins- make that difference to get out and JOCK THE VOTE on November 2nd 2004!!!
Three Easy Steps to JOCK THE VOTE
1. First, you need to register... (deadline is October 18th) You can either find a voter registration table on Bruin Walk or do it online: http://www.ss.ca.gov/elections/votereg1.html
2. Next you need to read up and become educated about the candidates and their issues.

3. Finally, on November 2nd get to the polls and JOCK THAT VOTE!!!
