Bruins Advance to Title Match in Canada

The UCLA men's volleyball team defeated the University of Saskatchewan 3-0 in the second round of the 18th Husky Dino Cup, hosted by the University of Calgary.
The Bruins won 25-21, 25-17, 25-16 and advanced to the championship match for the second straight year.
Senior Jonathan Acosta led the Bruins with 12 kills (.526) and 10 digs, and sophomore Steve Klosterman added 10 kills (.562) and four aces. Redshirt freshman Gaby Acevedo started at setter and recorded 27 assists and true freshman Tony Ker added five digs.
The Bruins hit .385 and served seven aces to the Huskies' one.
Darren Dove led Saskatchewan with 11 kills (.600), followed by Kris Brand's 10 kills and five digs.
