The long-awaited UCLA Basketball season begins on November 2 with an exhibition against Cal Poly Pomona, with the regular season set to begin on November 15 when Ben Howland's Bruins host BYU. With a pre-season ranking of 5th nationally, expectations are sky high for another great season. If you haven't yet experienced UCLA Basketball, we hope that you'll take the time to make it to Pauley Pavilion this year. It's something you have to see to believe!

Here are a few other superlatives from Westwood for you to share with your friends . . .

• UCLA women's soccer is rated 3rd nationally. The Bruins will clinch their fourth straight Pac-10 title with a win in either of their final two matches this weekend in Oregon.
• The 16th ranked UCLA men's soccer team hosts San Diego State this Friday in Westwood. With a win UCLA clinches a tie for second place in the Pac-10.
• The UCLA women's golf team is rated 3rd nationally.
• The UCLA men's water polo team has a huge match against Cal this weekend. The Bruins are currently 3rd in the Pac-10 and ranked 3rd nationally.
• The UCLA women's volleyball team sits at 22-2 and is ranked 4th nationally with six of their last eight matches at home.
