
Men's Tennis Falls Upset in Seattle

SEATTLE, WA -- The seventh-ranked UCLA men's tennis team (16-5; 5-1 Pac-10) dropped its first conference match of the season Saturday, falling to No. 20 Washington, 4-3 at the Nordstrom Tennis Center.
The Huskies, who improve to 17-4 overall and 4-1 in the Pac-10, dropped the doubles point but ended up winning four of six singles matches to pull off the upset.
With the dual match tied at 3-3, Washington's Jean-Noel Insausti battled back from a set down to defeat Bruins sophomore Mathieu Dehaine, 4-6, 6-4, 7-6(5) at court No. 4.
UCLA rounds out the regular season next Friday, taking on USC at the Mark's Tennis Stadium beginning at 3:00 p.m.
