Incoming frosh Cory Primm continued his stellar season on Friday as he won the 800m title at the USATF Junior National Championships in Indianapolis, IN. With the win (1:49.76), Primm earns a spot on Team USA for the Junior PanAm Games held next month in Brazil.

Also in the junior section of the meet, freshman Marlon Patterson finished 15th in the 1500m as he ran 3:57.71 (sixth in heat two). Freshman Steven Taylor jumped a lifetime-best 49-6.50 in the triple jump competition to finish fifth overall in the junior section.

In the senior portion of the meet, recent grad Brandon Johnson finished 15th in the semifinal round of the 400m hurdles, running 50.23.
