
Kocsor Earns All-American Honors In The Weight Throw At NCAA Championships

Senior Boldizsar Kocsor finished sixth in the weight throw at the 2009 NCAA Indoor Championships in College Station, TX to earn All-American honors on Saturday. Kocsor, who was seventh in 2008, finished sixth with a throw of 70-5.25. He picked up three points for the Bruins.
This was the fourth All-American honor of Kocsor's career as he earned accolades at the 2008 indoor meet and the 2006 and 2008 outdoor meet.
Oregon won the team title with 42 points.
The track and field team will return to competition March 28-29 when they host the Cal/Nevada Championships at Drake Stadium.
