The UCLA women's track and field team dominated the competition on Saturday at the Boise State Team Invitational in Nampa, Idaho as the Bruins picked up three NCAA qualifiers and tallied 10 event wins.

Joy Eaton, Ashlea McLaughlin and Tori Anthony tallied NCAA provisional marks. Eaton won the 400m with a lifetime-best of 53.84 (20th in NCAA), while McLaughlin finished just behind her in second, also with a lifetime-best, running 53.94 (22nd in NCAA). Anthony improved upon her NCAA qualifier, clearing a season-high 13-3.75 (24th in NCAA) for second in the pole vault.

Also posting wins were Lindsay Rowe in the 60m hurdles (8.48), the 4x400m relay team of Ryann Krais, Yasmin Woodruff, Briana Barlow and McLaughlin (3:47.26), Krais in the high jump (5-7) and pentathlon (3980 pts.), Tori Pena in the pole vault (13-3.75), Danielle Watson in the long jump (20-1.50) and Ke'Nyia Richardson in the triple jump (38-11.50). RoNecia Nash was a double event winner posting victories in both the 60m (7.64) and 200m (24.63). She led a Bruin sweep of the top four-places in the 200m.

In all, the Bruins tallied nine lifetime-best marks and 13 season-best performances during the meet.

UCLA will be off from competition next weekend as they prepare for the MPSF Indoor Championships, held February 26-27 in Seattle, WA.
