For the second straight year, the Bruin men emerged victorious at the MPSF Indoor Championships as UCLA won the team title behind Kevin Craddock and Jonathan Clark's individual event wins on Saturday.

UCLA won the team race with a total of 108.50 points, followed by Stanford (95.50) and California (90). During the meet, the Bruins tallied four event wins and picked up six NCAA provisional marks.

On Saturday, Kevin Craddock won the 60m hurdles with a season-best time of 7.83 to improve on his provisional mark. Jonathan Clark then PR'd by a foot in the triple jump to win the event, improving on his NCAA qualifier with a jump of 52-5.25.

Also in the triple jump, Steven Taylor recorded a season-best mark of 49-00.25 to finish sixth overall.

Also on Saturday, Alex Crabill picked up a provisional mark in the 3000m, running a lifetime-best 8:03.07 to finish fifth overall.

Jamal Alston led the sprinters with an eighth-place run in the 60m (6.88). Marlon Patterson was the runner-up finisher in the mile as he ran 4:02.16. Cory Primm was third in the 800m (1:49.26), while Jonathan Simmons finished sixth with a lifetime-best of 1:50.57.

Trent Perez cleared a lifetime-best 15-9 in the pole vault during the heptathlon, but did not finish the seven-event competition.

The 4x400m relay team of Quentin Powell, Stan Griffin, Maxwell Dyce and Karlton Rolle ran a season-best 3:14.34 to finish fifth overall.

Up next for the Bruins will be either a last chance qualifier for Nationals in Iowa, Indiana or Washington or the first outdoor meet of the year in Fullerton at the Ben Brown Invite.
