LOS ANGELES (AP) - Atonye Nyingifa scored 14 points, Jasmine Dixon had 13 and No. 9 UCLA beat Washington 60-42 on Thursday night.

The Bruins (25-3, 15-2), who had already locked up the second seed for next week's Pac-10 tournament, put together lengthy runs in each half to win for the 10th time in 11 games.

Sarah Morton had 12 points for Washington (11-15, 6-11), which committed 23 turnovers and shot 31 percent.The Huskies went nearly eight minutes between field goals in the opening half, mustering just four free throws in that span.The Bruins harassed Washington into 13 turnovers and a 25 percent shooting in the half. UW shot 32% for the game and finished with 23 turnovers.

The 42 points scored by the Huskies matched the Bruin opponent season low total.It is the 13th time this season UCLA has held an opponent under 50 points.

Markel Walker had 12 points for UCLA, which finished with 14 steals in its fourth straight victory over the Huskies.The win, UCLA's 25th of the season, matched the school record total for regular season victories set in the 1980-81 campaign and ranks as tied for the fourth-most in school history.

The Bruins will close out the regular season Saturday at 2 p.m. against Washington State in their final game at Pauley Pavilion before it undergoes a yearlong renovation.Seniors Nina Earl, Christina Nzekwe, Doreena Campbell and Darxia Morris will be recognized in a brief ceremony prior to the contest.

UCLA is set to play its first game in the Pac-10 Tournament on Friday, March 11 at 2:30 p.m. in the Staples Center. The Bruins will meet the victor of Thursday's game between #3/#10 winner vs. #6/#7 seed winner. Friday's semifinal contest will be televised by FSN.
