LOS ANGELES (AP) - Jasmine Dixon and No. 9 UCLA welcomed a special guest for the farewell party at historic Pauley Pavilion, and everyone on the Bruins enjoyed the show.

Dixon scored 17 points and UCLA beat Washington State 66-48 on Saturday in the final game at its longtime home before it closes for a renovation project.

Darxia Morris, one of UCLA's four senior starters, added 15 points for the quicker Bruins (26-3, 16-2 Pac-10), who set school records for regular season victories and conference wins.

UCLA scored the first 13 points of the game and led 25-4 after 13 minutes.

"This is history," Bruins coach Nikki Caldwell said. "It's historic in that every day, you get to come out and practice on the court that coach Wooden made famous."

Pauley Pavilion is scheduled to be closed next year for the final phase of a $136 million renovation project, and John Wooden's daughter, Nan Muehlhausen, served as the Bruins' guest coach for the final game.

"I know coach Wooden is smiling down on us," said Morris, echoing Muehlhausen's comments.

Carly Noyes had 10 points for Washington State (8-22, 6-12), which has never won in 22 games at Pauley.

"This is a tough place to play," coach June Daugherty said, "with the history here and their fans are really good. And all the coaches who have been here have been phenomenal."

Pauley Pavilion, which drew a crowd of 1,591 for the game, has been the home of UCLA's women's team since the 1974-75 season.

The Bruins are the No. 2 seed for next week's Pac-10 tournament at nearby Staples Center.
