The UCLA Bruins are currently ranked in 12th place in the early winter Division I Learfield Sports Directors' Cup (LSDC) standings, following the completion of both the men's and women's NCAA Indoor Track and Field and Swimming Championships. The Bruins finished third in the overall standings during the 2011-12 school year.

The Bruins have scored a total of 469.50 points after finishing 15th in indoor women's track, 17th in women's swimming, and 49th in men's indoor track.

In addition, the Pac-12 boast three institutions in the top 12, with Stanford holding the top spot and Oregon one spot above the Bruins in eleventh.

The third Division I winter standings will be released Thursday, April 11 after the completion of the men's and women's basketball championships.

The Learfield Sports Directors' Cup was developed as a joint effort between the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and USA Today. Points are awarded based on each institution's finish in up to 20 sports -- 10 women's and 10 men's.
