UCLA, am570 Fox Sports LA, and IMG College, the university's multimedia rights partner, have signed a three-year renewal for the station to be the official radio flagship station for the Bruins. An exciting new addition to the agreement will be a weekly coaches' radio show, the Bruin Insider Show, which will air Tuesday nights from 7 to 8 pm, live from Barney's Beanery in Westwood.

All UCLA football and men's basketball games will be broadcast on KLAC (570AM) or one of its sister Clear Channel stations. Each football and men's basketball game will have a pregame and postgame show. The Bruins' football home opener is Sat., Aug. 31 vs. Nevada. The pre-game show begins at 5 pm, with kick-off set for 7 pm.

Returning behind the mic for the 2013 football season will be Southern California Sports Broadcasters Hall of Fame member Chris Roberts (play-by-play), and former UCLA quarterbacks Matt Stevens (analyst) and Wayne Cook (sideline reporter). Calling the action for the 2013-14 men's basketball season will be Roberts and UCLA's all-time leading scorer Don MacLean.

The Bruin Insider Show will make its debut on Tuesday, Aug. 27 on sister station KTLK am1150. UCLA head football coach Jim Mora will be a weekly guest on the show during football season, and UCLA men's basketball head coach Steve Alford will be featured during basketball season. Also featured throughout the year will be UCLA Athletic Director Dan Guerrero and various coaches and student-athletes from UCLA's storied athletic program that has won a national-best 109 NCAA Championships. Local broadcaster John Ramey will be the host of the show. Ramey finished his fourth season as the play-by-play voice for the 2013 College World Series champion UCLA baseball team.
