Rowed in all spring events as a freshman...rowed four seat in the Bruins' 2V8+ in a season-opening dual-meet victory against Loyola Marymount (March 8)...rowed five seat in the novice eight crew in a dual-meet win against San Diego State (March 15)...rowed six seat in the novice eight on day one at the Pac-10 Challenge (March 29-30)...rowed five seat in an open eight at the San Diego Crew Classic (April 5-6), helping lead the Bruins to first-place finishes on both days (including the Carley Copley Cup on day two)...stroked the varsity four boat at the Stanford Invitational (April 19-20), helping lead the Bruins to first-place finishes on each day against Victoria and Central Florida, respectively...stroked the V4+ against USC (May 3) and at the Pac-10 Championships (May 18).
