UCLA Ties for Second Place at Allstate Sugar Bowl Intercollegiate

Senior Erynne Lee ties for third at 1-under par.

The sixth-ranked UCLA women's golf team tied for second place Tuesday at the Allstate Sugar Bowl Intercollegiate in Baton Rouge.

The Bruins posted a 54-hole score of 886 (+22) and tied with Florida. LSU won the tournament with a three-round total of 874 (+10). Arizona and Tulane tied for fourth at 892 (+28), followed by Oklahoma State (907, +43) in sixth place.

Senior Erynne Lee led the Bruins with a final round 72 (E) and finish third at 1-under par 215. Sophomore Bronte Law tied for 12th place at 223 (+7) after posting a third round score of 74 (+2). Tied for 17th at 9-over par 225 were junior Louise Ridderstrom and freshman Erin Choi. Ridderstrom signed for a 74 (+2) in the last round and Choi added a 77 (+5). Freshman Aliea Clark had the drop score of 82 (+11) and tied for 51st at 237 (+21).

LSU's Madelene Sagstrom and Caroline Nistrup both posted scores of 71 (-1) and tied for first at 4-under par 212.
