Sophomore outside hitter Reily Buechler (Del Mar, Calif.) earned a pair of weekly honors this week, receiving UCLA/Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week and ESPNW Volleyball Player of the Week accolades for Oct. 12-18.

Buechler produced her first career match with no hitting errors against No. 14 Arizona on Friday (Oct. 16), posting 16 kills in 31 attempts for a .516 hitting percentage. She added seven digs and an ace. Buechler concluded the weekend with 12 kills and eight digs against No. 10 Arizona State to complete the weekend sweep. Buechler led the Bruins in kills in three of the six sets this weekend.

This is Buechler's first UCLA/Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week honor of the season and of her career.
