LA JOLLA, Calif. – The first-ranked UCLA women's water polo team is back in action this weekend as it heads to La Jolla for the 2016 Triton Invitational.  Games will take place at UC San Diego's Canyonview Aquatic Center, Feb. 13-14.

The Bruins (4-0) will face Sonoma State (1-4) on Saturday morning at 8:30.  UCLA will then play that afternoon at either 1:50 or 3:10 against No. 16 Loyola Marymount or No. 18 San Diego State.  Sunday's action begins at 8 a.m.  

The Triton Invitational features some of the top-ranked teams in the nation, including No. 2 Southern California, No. 5 Arizona State, No. 7 UC Davis, and No. 9 UC Irvine.  The field also includes No. 11 UC Santa Barbara, No. 17 Indiana, No. 21 Marist College, No. 22 Long Beach State, and T25 Cal State Northridge and Cal State East Bay.
