Senior Mysha Sataraka (Honolulu, Hawaii) of the UCLA softball team was named the UCLA/Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week for Feb. 8-14.

Sataraka hit .615 last weekend at the Aggie Classic, helping the seventh-ranked Bruins to a 4-1 record. Sataraka had eight hits in 13 at-bats to go with 10 runs batted in, three runs scored, two home runs, four walks and a double. After going 0-for-3 in her first game, the senior had a stretch of eight straight hits on Friday and Saturday, which tied for the fifth-longest streak in school history. Sataraka tied a career high with five RBI on Saturday against Wichita State, recording a three-run homer. She added another two-run homer versus #24 Texas A&M later on Saturday.

This is Sataraka's first UCLA/Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week honor of the season and of her career.
