UCLA (9-7-2) earned an at-large bid in the NCAA Men's Soccer Tournament and will host Patriot League Champion Colgate (13-6-2) in the first round on Thursday, Nov. 17 at 5 pm from Marshall Field at Drake Stadium.

The winner of the UCLA-Colgate match will advance to the second round and travel to face No. 4 seed Louisville (12-5-2). In the other half of the quadrant, No. 13 seed Notre Dame will host the winner of UIC and Loyola-Chicago. 

UCLA will face Colgate for the first time in program history, but the Bruins hold a 7-3 all-time record against teams currently in the Patriot League.

The Bruins are one of four Pac-12 teams to earn a spot in the Tournament. Pac-12 champion Stanford earned the No. 5 seed and a first-round bye, as did No. 11 seed Washington. San Diego State will host UNLV in the opening round on Thursday.

This marks UCLA's 44th overall appearance in the NCAA Tournament. The Bruins have a 69-32-3 all-time NCAA record and have advanced to the third round or beyond in three of the last five seasons.

Tickets for Thursday's first round match are $10 for adults and $8 for youth/students (w/valid ID) and can be purchased in advance at the UCLA Central Ticket Office (310-UCLA-WIN).
