Preps at Donovan Catholic High School โฆ Is already regarded as one of the top all-around throwers in US High School History โฆ Enters her senior season ranked No. 1 in the nation in the shot put, discus and hammer โฆ At the New Balance National Championships Wilsonย broke her own state record in the shot put with a winning throw ofย 55-9.25, No. 5 in U.S. high school history and the No. 1 throw in the nation for the season โฆ Wilson's 55-9.25 also smashed her own national junior class record of 55-3.50 โฆ Wilson is just 11 inches away from the national record of 56-8.25 set in 2014 by now NCAA record holder Raven Saundersย โฆ She earned bronze in the shot put at the Word Junior Championships in Poland with a toss of 53-5 โฆ In addition to her shot put dominance, Wilson was also second in the discus and at the NB Nationals with a 155-4, and she was fourth in the hammer throw with a PR is 191-2 at the USATF Junior Championships โฆ Wilson holds a discus PR of 175-1 that also set the New Jersey record.
