LOS ANGELES - UCLA (1-1) travels to play at BYU (1-1) on Saturday, Sept. 17 in an 8:15 p.m. MT/7:15 pm PT game.  The contest will be televised by the ESPN2 and announcing the game will be Allen Bestwick, Mike Bellotti and Kris Budden. VERSUS BYU — The Bruins lead the overall series with the Cougars by an 8-3 count. UCLA rallied to win last year's contest, played in the Rose Bowl, 24-23. BYU had captured the previous two meetings, including the last meeting held in Provo in the 2008 campaign.

Last season, Paul Perkins keyed a Bruin rally with a career-high 219 yards rushing and then-No. 10 UCLA rallied from a 20-10 fourth-quarter deficit to defeat then-No. 19 BYU in the Rose Bowl. Josh Rosen, who connected with Jordan Payton on a 19-yard scoring play early in the final quarter, was 11-for-23 in the game for 106 yards and was intercepted three times, all in the first half of play. The rally from a fourth quarter double-digit deficit was UCLA's first since 2005. The Bruins ran for 296 yards in the game. The Cougars had 27 more plays from scrimmage in the contest but could muster just three more total yards than the Bruins, 405/402.
