Freshman forward Milan Iloski of the UCLA men's soccer team has been voted the UCLA/Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week for Oct. 2-8.
Iloski, who was also named the Pac-12 Player of the Week, played a part in both of UCLA's game-winning goals and helped lead the Bruins to a perfect 2-0 record on the road last week. On Thursday, he scored the game-winning goal in a 1-0 win at Oregon State with a perfect shot in the 69th minute. The goal was the first of his career. He then capped off the week by assisting on the golden goal off a corner kick to Matthew Powell for the overtime victory at No. 22 Washington on Sunday.
