DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Bruin alum Erynne Lee earned her 2018 LPGA Tour card on Monday after finishing inside the Top 10 on the Volvik Race for the Card money list following the season-ending Symetra Tour Championship.
In her second year on the Symetra Tour, Lee had a pair of victories and six Top 10s in 22 events, earning just over $80K. Lee was victorious twice in three weeks in July at the Donald Ross Centennial Classic and the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Championship.
"The fact that I was able to prove to myself that I could get the job done," Lee told the Symetra Tour website about earning her card. "After last year, I was kind of questioning whether I wanted to continue playing golf. It was almost to the point that this was going to be my last year. This has really been a dream come true."
In two seasons on the Symetra Tour, Lee had three wins, 11 Top 10s and over $131K in earnings.
