LOS ANGELES – The UCLA men's basketball program has teamed with the American Cancer Society and the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) in this season's Coaches vs. Cancer 3-Point Challenge.
 
Coaches vs. Cancer has joined forces with the online fundraising vendor PLEDGE IT for this season's 3-Point Attack. The 3-Point Challenge is spreading from coast to coast during the 2017-18 college basketball season, looking to help raise funds in the fight against our ultimate rival – cancer.

"The NABC has been working closely with Coaches versus Cancer for years, and we're excited to be a part of the 3-Point Challenge again this season," UCLA head coach Steve Alford said. "This program serves a very worthwhile cause and is a terrific way for our fans to help raise funds. We're looking forward to making those three-point shots to assist in the ongoing fight against cancer."
 
Teams across the country will square off in order to see who can raise the most money in support of the fight against cancer. UCLA fans from around the nation are encouraged to join this season's challenge. Fans can support the Bruins by pledging a donation for every 3-pointer made by UCLA this season.
