NEW YORK – UCLA forward Brian Iloski was named as one of the initial 60 NCAA DI college players invited to participate in the 2018 adidas MLS Player Combine, announced Major League Soccer on Thursday.

Top collegiate players from across the country will showcase their talents in front of representatives from all 23 MLS clubs in Orlando, Fla. from Jan. 11-17, 2018. All invited players will be eligible for selection in the 2018 SuperDraft presented by adidas which will take place on Friday, Jan. 19 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia in conjunction with the United Soccer Coaches Convention.

Iloski, a native of Escondido, Calif., was named an All-Pac-12 selection after leading the Bruins in goals (6), assists (3) and points (15) and ended the year ranked 49th in the country in game-winning goals with three. The redshirt senior ranked inside the top-10 in the Pac-12 in goals, goals per game, points, points per game, shots and shots per game. Iloski recorded his first career brace with the Bruins in the season opener at San Francisco and converted four penalty kicks on the season. He ended his UCLA career as a two-time all-league selection, earning second team honors in 2016, and registered 40 points with 14 goals, including five game-winners. Iloski also earned back-to-back honorable mention Pac-12 All-Academic accolades.

A committee of MLS coaches and NCAA Division I coaches from every conference selected the invitees, all of whom completed their college eligibility this season. Further invitees including Generation adidas signings, non-collegiate players, and additional college seniors will be announced in the coming weeks.
