Lee Repeats as Pac-12 Specialist of Week

Lee clinched the victory for UCLA at Elevate the Stage with a 9.925 on uneven bars in the final rotation.

UCLA senior Christine Peng-Peng Lee earned repeat honors as the Pac-12 Specialist of the Week, the sixth time in her career she has received the award.

Lee helped lead UCLA to a team victory at Elevate the Stage, with the Bruins scoring 197.200 to defeat Utah (196.975), Washington (195.725) and Stanford (195.350). The sixth-year senior clinched the win for UCLA with a third-place mark of 9.925 on uneven bars on the Bruins' final routine. She also added a 9.825 on balance beam in the first rotation to tie for second place on the event.

Lee continues to rank No. 1 in the nation on uneven bars and ranks 14th on balance beam.

Utah's MyKayla Skinner repeated as Pac-12 Gymnast of the Week, and Arizona State's Cairo Leonard-Baker earned Freshman/Newcomer of the Week honors.

UCLA will open Pac-12 play on Saturday, Jan. 20 at Arizona.
