Évian-les-Bains, France - Three Bruins played at the Arnold Palmer Cup at the Evian Resort Golf Club, with rising senior Lilia Vu and rising junior Mariel Galdiano helping the United States to a victory and rising sophomore Patty Tavatanakit of Thailand competing with the International squad. The U.S. pulled away for a 38.5-21.5 win. Vu earned 3.5 points for the U.S. squad, Galdiano recorded two points and Tavatanakit posted two points for the International team.

In the mixed four-ball results on Friday, July 6, Vu won 6&4 with teammate Chandler Phillips. Galdiano (and teammate Shintaro Ban) fell 1-up in her mixed four-ball, while Tavatanakit (and Hurly Long) lost 2&1.

In mixed foursomes on the morning of Saturday, July 7, Vu went head-to-head with Tavatanakit, with the duo halving their match with the same partners they had in the mixed four-ball. Galdiano (with Ban) posted a 1-up victory for the U.S. in mixed foursomes.

In the afternoon four-ball on July 7, Vu, along with teammate Jennifer Kupcho, posted a 2&1 victory. Tavatanakit helped earn a point for the International side with teammate Wenyung Keh (5&3), while Galdiano (and Andrea Lee) fell 1-up.

Vu and Galdiano each earned points on Sunday, July 8 in singles play. Vu defeated Maddie Szeryk by a score of 3&1, while Galdiano posted a 1-up win over Jaravee Boonchant. Tavatanakit halved her match with Kaitlyn Papp.
