MARRAKESH, Morocco - UCLA alum Bronte Law set a new record at Lalla Aicha Tour School, winning by one stroke in the five-round tournament at the Amelkis Golf Club to earn her Ladies European Tour card for the 2019 season.
Law shot rounds of 70, 71, 62 (course record), 64 and 67 for a final score of 26-under 334.
"I'm very happy," Law told the LET website. "I played some very good golf this week and coming into it, I hadn't had much time to practice and prepare due to having an injury. I worked my way into the week and playing some good golf in the end was really nice. I'm definitely looking forward to next year and building off this experience. It means a lot, coming from England, even though I live in the States now, this is my home and it's important to support the Ladies European Tour and I look forward to being a member of the Tour."
Law has spent the last two seasons on the LPGA Tour, playing in 25 events in 2018. She earned just over $539,000 on tour last season, good for 41st on the money list, posting five Top 10s.
