LOS ANGELES โ The UCLA men's tennis team will be in action at another California fall tournament this week, as five Bruins head up the coast for the UCSB Classic. Play from UC Santa Barbara's Recreation Center Courts will get underway Friday and run through Sunday.
Following up a successful week at the Aztec Fall Invitational, junior Bryce Pereira and sophomores Eric Hahn and Max Wild will be part of the UCLA contingent in Santa Barbara, Calif. Joining them will be sophomore Mathew Tsolakyan and redshirt freshman Blaine Hovenier.
Also playing this week is sophomore Keegan Smith, who will look to keep his ITA All-American Championships successes going at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center in Tulsa, Okla. Smith posted wins versus qualifier Simon Soendergaard of North Carolina and Alex Brown of Illinois to earn a spot in Friday's round of 16.
