UCLA (1-5, 1-2) travels to play at Stanford (3-3, 2-2) on Thursday night at 6 p.m. PT. The game will be televised by ESPN. The Bruin IMG Radio Network will broadcast the contest, which will also be aired over 97.3 FM, Sirius/XM, uclabruins.com and tunein.com and the TuneIn App. UCLA Athletics is proud to join our institution in celebrating UCLA's Centennial all season long. The football team will mark the Centennial with a UCLA 100 helmet sticker for every game, and a UCLA 100 jersey patch for all home games.

The Bruins own a 45-42-3 overall advantage in the series against Stanford, which started in 1925, and has seen the teams battle each season since 1946. UCLA has dropped the last 11 overall meetings in the series (0-6 at Stanford and 0-5 at UCLA). The Bruins had captured the previous fi ve meetings prior to that Cardinal streak.

Last season, Stanford prevailed 49-42 in a shootout in the Rose Bowl. The Bruins outgained the Cardinal 528 (466 passing) to 470 (344 passing) yards. In the last meeting at Stanford, in 2017, both teams racked up over 500 yards of offense, but the Cardinal prevailed on the scoreboard. Josh Rosen passed for 480 yards, while Jordan Lasley was on the receiving end for 158 yards. Stanford used a 263-yard rushing effort from Bryce Love to key the win.

UCLA's last victory in the series came by a score of 23-20 in a 2008 Homecoming game in the Rose Bowl. Quarterback Kevin Craft completed six straight passing attempts during an 11-play scoring drive which culminated on a 7-yard toss to tight end Cory Harkey with 10 seconds to play in the contest.

In 2005, UCLA made one of its greatest fourth quarter comebacks in school history at Stanford. When the Cardinal converted a UCLA fumble into a touchdown, it led 24-3 with just 8:26 remaining in the game. The Bruins answered with a 65-yard scoring drive, capped off by a scoring run by Maurice Jones-Drew. The Bruin defense forced a three-and-out, and then quarterback Drew Olson drove the team 72 yards, hitting Joe Cowan for a 31-yard touchdown to make it 24-17 with 4:43 to go. The Bruin defense stiffened and following a Cardinal punt, UCLA took over on its own 34-yard line with 2:30 on the clock. Olson moved the team down the fi eld and on fourth-and-one hit Cowan at the one-yard line for a fi rst down. Jones-Drew took it in from there with 46 seconds to play. Stanford kicked a fi eld goal to begin the overtime. On the second play of UCLA's overtime possession, Olson connected with Brandon Breazell from 23-yards out for the win.

UCLA used 48 players at Cincinnati, 52 v. San Diego State, 54 v. Oklahoma, 54 at WSU, 53 at Arizona.
Demetric Felton's 75-yard run vs. Oregon State was his fourth touchdown of at least 75 yards this season which is the most ever by a Bruin in a single-season (Matthew Slater, 2007, was most recent Bruin with three in a season) -- Felton also has a 75-yard reception at Cincinnati; 94-yard reception at Washington State;100-yard kickoff return at Washington State.
Demetric Felton's 9 catches vs. Oregon State tied the school record for a running back (George Farmer-1969 vs. Wisconsin) ... Felton is 5 catches shy of matching Farmer's school mark for catches in a season by a running back (36-1969).
Demetric Felton ranks 9th in the NCAA and leads the P12 in all-purpose yards...He had his first career 100-yard rushing game (111 yds) against Beavers and a 150-yd receiving effort at Washington State ... The last Bruin with 100-yards rushing (Northwestern) and receiving games (Arizona State) in the same season was RB Chris Markey in 2005 ... Felton had season-high 263 all-purpose yards at WSU.
