Redshirt senior Robert Brandt of the UCLA men's cross country team has been named the UCLA/Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week for Oct. 28-Nov. 3.

Brandt finished a career-best fifth at the 2019 Pac-12 Cross Country Championships, helping the UCLA men's cross country team earn fourth place overall. He completed the 8K course in 23:11.9 to earn first-team all-conference honors for the second time in his career. Brandt's effort's propelled UCLA to knocking off No. 7 Washington.

This is Brandt's first UCLA/Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week award of the season and of his career.
