Gymnastics Ranked No. 1 in Pac-12 Preseason Coaches Poll

For the fourth consecutive year, UCLA was selected by the Pac-12 gymnastics head coaches as the preseason No. 1 in the conference.
The two-time defending Pac-12 champion Bruins received five first-place votes in the preseason poll and totaled 47 points in total. Utah received the other three first-place votes and finished second with 44 total points. The two schools have combined to win each of the last six Pac-12 titles, with the 19-time Pac-12 champion Bruins prevailing in 2016, 2018 and 2019.
California finished third in the preseason poll with 36 points, followed by Oregon State with 32, Washington with 25, Arizona State with 21, Stanford with 12, and Arizona with seven.
UCLA was voted No. 4 in the national preseason coaches poll by the Women's Collegiate Gymnastics Association (WCGA).
The Bruins will open the season on Saturday, Jan. 4 at the Collegiate Challenge powered by Under Armour in Anaheim and will host its first home meet on Sunday, Jan. 12 against Boise State.
