NEW YORK, N.Y. – The UCLA track and field team took to The Armory in New York City for the first full day of competition at the Dr. Sander Invitational, coming away with three individual victories on the day.
The Bruins' strong performances Friday came on the heels of Isa Videler's impressive individual showing on Thursday night. The junior compiled 3,896 points in the pentathlon, good for the fifth-best score in UCLA indoor history. Videler took second place overall and recorded personal bests in four of five events, including a new meet-record time of 2:17.43 in the 800m. Videler also clocked a time of 8.87 in the 60m hurdles, ducking under UCLA legend Kendall Gustafson's previous meet record of 8.91 in the pentathlon hurdle competition.

With her weight throw title at last week's UW Indoor Preview, Wilson has now won four of her first five competitions to start the year.
