LAS VEGAS - Behind a final-round, 4-under 68, junior Devon Bling finished third at the Southern Highlands Collegiate. Bling holed out for eagle on the par-4 16th, adding three birdies in a row on holes No. 5 through 7 and another birdie on No. 13 to just two bogeys. For three rounds, he shot a 7-under 209.

As a team, UCLA finished in a tie for fifth (+9, 873), shooting six shots better on Tuesday in a 1-under 287.

Senior Hidetoshi Yoshihara was one of 15 players to finish the tournament in red figures, tying for 13th at 1-under 215. He shot an even-par 72 in his final round, making two birdies (No. 3 and 13) and two bogeys.

Sophomore Bryan Wiyang Teoh tied for 26th (+4, 220). He shot an even-par 72 on Tuesday, recording two birdies on No. 9 and 16 and one double. Junior Eddy Lai tied for 67th (+14, 230). He made one birdie on the ninth and four bogeys in a 3-over 75. Freshman Tony Hendricks tied for 80th (+22, 238), recording a fifth-hole birdie, six bogeys and two doubles in a 9-over 81.

The Bruins return to action this weekend at the Bandon Dunes Championship (March 8-10) at the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort - Pacific Dunes in Bandon, Ore.
