UCLA senior Olivia Caesar has secured All-Pac-12 Team women's rowing honors for the third consecutive season, as announced Friday afternoon by the Pac-12 Conference office.
 
Caesar, who hails from Bath, England, rowed in the Bruins' varsity eight crew (V8+) throughout her sophomore, junior and senior seasons (2021 through 2023). As a senior in the spring of 2023, Caesar rowed in either the two seat or the stroke seat in each of the V8+ crew's races.
 
Caesar helped guide UCLA's varsity eight crew to a first-place finish in a four-boat race on the first morning of the two-day Big Ten Invitational in Florida. She also led UCLA to a second-place and third-place finish on races at the Dexter Lake Invitational on April 29. Caesar stroked the V8+ crew at the season-culminating Pac-12 Championships on Dexter Lake in Lowell, Ore. She is on track to graduate with her bachelor's of science degree in anthropology.
 
A strong performer at UCLA the past three seasons, Caesar has become the Bruins' first rower to earn all-Pac-12 acclaim in three consecutive years since Britta Syverson in 2011, 2012 and 2013.
 
Joining Caesar on this season's All-Pac-12 team are Annabelle Bachmann (Stanford), Lettie Cabot (Stanford), Katelin Gildersleeve (Stanford), Rachel Miller (Stanford), Nina Castagna (Washington), Elena Collier-Hezel (Washington), Ella Cossill (Washington), Issy Cassidy (California), Jane Perrignon (California), Muryn Greene (Oregon State), Zoe McCutcheon (USC) and Madeleine Pollard (Washington State).
 
Czajkowski has been honored as the Pac-12 Women's Rowing Athlete of the Year for the third straight season. Stanford freshman Célia Dupré has been named the Pac-12 Newcomer of the Year. Stanford head coach Derek Byrnes was named the Pac-12 Coach of the Year for the third straight year.
