The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced on Friday that UCLA has earned Team Scholar All-America honors for the 2023 winter and spring quarters. As a squad, the Bruins posted a collective 3.49 GPA.

In addition, 13 UCLA student-athletes earned individual Scholar All-America acclaim.

Freshman Katrina Bellio, senior Hannah Butler, sophomore Eva Carlson, freshman Eden Cheng, sophomore Gizem Guvenc, senior Sophia Kosturos, sophomore Paige MacEachern, and senior Brooke Schaffer all earned First Team honors.

Meanwhile, junior Bailey Herbert, sophomore Zoe Jespersgaard, sophomore Ana Jih-Schiff, freshman Rosie Murphy, and junior Maddie Wright were named to the Second Team. 

Student-Athletes with a 3.50 GPA or higher who swam an NCAA "B" Cut, earned an invite to Diving Zone Championships, or competed at the NCAA Championships are eligible for Scholar All-America honors. First Team recipients logged a 3.50 GPA or higher and competed at NCAAs.
