LOS ANGELES – UCLA Women's Basketball comes in ranked No. 2 in the Pac-12 preseason coaches and media polls, the Conference announced Tuesday. The Bruins received three and 10 first-place votes in the respective polls.
A Look Ahead
The Bruins added the top-ranked center from the class of 2022 in Lauren Betts ahead of the 2023-24 season. Charisma Osborne and Camryn Brown announced their return to UCLA near the end of last season, providing key veteran leadership in the year ahead. Kiki Rice and Londynn Jones are coming off Pac-12 All-Freshman campaigns, and Emily Bessoir looks to build on a season in which she was named Pac-12 All-Tournament Team.
UCLA opens its season on Monday, Nov. 6, against Purdue inside Pauley Pavilion presented by Wescom.
