November 30, 2023 | Women's Soccer

Five members of the 2023 Pac-12 champion women's soccer team have been named to the United Soccer Coaches All-Pacific Region team. Ally Cook, Ally Lemos, Lilly Reale and Reilyn Turner earned first-team honors, and Quincy McMahon received second-team acclaim.

Cook, a graduate forward from Coto de Caza, Calif., becomes a two-time All-Region honoree. She previously earned second-team honors in 2021 while playing for Oregon. This season, Cook ranked second on the Bruin team in scoring with nine goals and 19 points. She received first-team All-Pac-12 honors and Academic All-District acclaim in 2023. Over her career, she totaled 31 goals and 72 points.

Lemos, a sophomore midfielder from Glendora, Calif., also receives her second All-Region honor after being selected to the second team as a freshman a year ago. In 2023, Lemos was a first-team All-Pac-12 selection after a two-goal, two-assist season. She has played and started every game of her UCLA career, and in 2023, she led all Bruin field players in minutes played with 1596, an average of 84 minutes per game.

Reale, a junior defender from Hingham, Mass., earns her third consecutive first-team All-Region honor. The 2022 Honda Sport Award winner and College Cup Most Outstanding Defensive Player, had another outstanding campaign in 2023, being selected the Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year for the second-straight year and receiving MAC Hermann Trophy semifinalist distinction. She led UCLA's defense to 11 shutouts and a 0.63 goals against average.

Turner, a senior forward from Aliso Viejo, Calif., receives her fourth career All-Region award and her second first-team distinction. UCLA's first-ever winner of the Pac-12 Forward of the Year award led the Bruins in scoring in 2023 with 10 goals and 26 points. She finished the regular season ranked second in the Pac-12 in goals and points. The 2022 College Cup Most Outstanding Defensive Player won one NCAA title and three Pac-12 titles in her career and finished with 42 goals and 99 points.ย ย  ย ย

She tied for the Pac-12 lead after the 2023 regular season with seven assists and has compiled 20 assists in three years.
