Reilyn Turner and Ally Lemos were selected in the first round of the NWSL Draft, with Turner chosen by Racing Louisville FC as the No. 6 pick, and Lemos selected by the Orlando Pride at No. 9. Turner and Lemos become the first UCLA duo since 2014 to be selected among the Top 10 in the draft.
In 2023, Turner earned United Soccer Coaches second-team All-America honors and became UCLA's first-ever winner of the Pac-12 Forward of the Year. A four-time All-Pacific Region and All-Pac-12 selection, she finished her UCLA career with 42 goals, 16 game-winning goals and seven multi-goal games, totals that rank fifth all-time at UCLA. She also ranks sixth at UCLA with 99 career points and third with three career hat tricks. In 2022, she was named the Most Outstanding Offensive Player at the College Cup, scoring the game-tying goal with 16 seconds remaining in the NCAA Championship game. Lemos started every game of her collegiate career and was a first-team All-Pacific Region and All-Pac-12 honoree as a sophomore in 2023 and a second-team all-region and third-team all-conference pick as a freshman in 2022. She made an impact immediately upon arrival, leading the team and tying for first in the conference with nine assists, none more impactful than her final assist of the year, a corner kick that resulted in Turner's game-tying goal in the NCAA Championship game. Lemos was named to the College Cup All-Tournament team and selected to the Top Drawer Soccer Freshman Best XI first team. In her two years in Westwood, she totaled three goals, 11 assists and 17 points.
