INDIANAPOLIS - UCLA Track and Field has earned three individual event selections to compete in the 2024 NCAA Indoor Championships, as announced by the NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Track and Field and Cross Country Committee on Tuesday night.

In a field of 650 participants, senior Kate Jendrezak qualified for the women's 800m race, senior Ka'Leila Abrille qualified for the women's pole vault event, and the team of junior Aly Conyers, redshirt sophomore Kaylen Fletcher, sophomore Naomi Johnson, and Jendrezak qualified for the women's 4x400m relay.

In the women's 800m, Jendrezak secured a podium finish and a top-five finish in two races on the indoor season. Her qualifying mark (2:02.64) at the Ken Shannon Last Chance Invitational was a season-best and also landed her the second spot on UCLA's Indoor All-Time Top-10 list in the event.

In the women's pole vault, Abrille earned two event victories and two podium finishes during her indoor senior season. Qualifying for nationals with a 4.40m (14-05-25) at the Don Kirby Invitational, it was her personal best and the third-highest mark for the event in UCLA history.

The 4x400m relay team of Conyers, Fletcher, Johnson, and Jendrezak qualified for the national championships with a 3:31.32 completed at the Eagle Elite Invitational on Feb. 10. This time sits third on UCLA's All-Time Top-10 list. The squad had podium finishes in all four of their races on the season, earning an event victory at the New Mexico Team Open.
