LOS ANGELES – The UCLA Men's Water Polo team announced its 2024 schedule today, highlighted by conference home games against all three MPSF rivals Stanford (Oct. 4), California (Oct. 6), and USC (Nov. 16). The Bruins will also face those same teams in league road games, visiting USC on Oct. 19, California on Nov. 2 and Stanford on Nov. 3.

The Bruins will compete in just two regular-season tournaments during the year, beginning with the season opener against a team to be determined on Saturday, Sept. 7 at the Triton Invitational on the campus of UC San Diego. UCLA will also compete at the MPSF Invitational, which will be hosted by California on Sept. 20-22. All game opponents and times for the Triton and MPSF Invitationals will be announced at a later date.

After the Triton Invitational, UCLA will hit the road for a non-conference game at UC Irvine (Sept. 13) before returning home to open its 2024 home slate with California Baptist University on Sept. 14.

Then after the MPSF Invitational, the Bruins return to Westwood for a five-game home stand, beginning with UC Santa Barbara (Sept. 27) on Friday night and then hosting LMU (Sept. 28) on Saturday afternoon. UCLA will also face Air Force on Sept. 28 in a double-header. The following weekend UCLA will open MPSF play with Stanford (Oct. 5) before closing out the home stand with California (Oct. 6).

The Bruins will head to Pepperdine (Oct. 12) and will return home to host Princeton and Westcliff in another double-header the following day (Oct. 13). The following weekend the Bruins will travel crosstown for the splash down at USC (Oct. 19) and return home for a home date with UC Davis (Oct. 20).

After a week off, the Bruins will return to MPSF action when they hit the road for key conference games at California (Nov. 2) and Staford (Nov. 3). Another week off will be followed by the regular season finale when the Bruins host USC on "Senior Day" on Saturday, Nov. 16.

UCLA will host the eight-team 2024 MPSF Championship on Nov. 22-24 while Stanford will host the 2024 NCAA Championship on Dec. 6-8.
