LOS ANGELES – Sophomore Bella Winn of UCLA Women's Soccer has been selected the Student-Athlete of the Week for competitions held between August 12-18.
The sophomore forward scored the game-winning goal for UCLA at Georgia in the season opener, scoring on a left-footed shot in the 66th minute of a 1-0 Bruin win. Winn was playing in her first game since being injured in the second game of 2024. She has recorded a goal or assist in all three games she has played in her career, recording an assist in her first game of 2024, and goals in her second- and third-career games.
Winn secures her first-career UCLA student-athlete of the week award.
