UCLA Heads to Arkansas for NCAA West First Rounds

29+ Bruins will be vying for NCAA Championships qualification this week

UCLA Track and Field will head to Fayetteville, Ark. this week to compete in the 2026 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships West First Rounds from Wednesday, May 27, to Saturday, May 30. The meet will be hosted by Arkansas at John McDonnell Field.

A total of 29 Bruin individuals qualified for this week's competition, with 19 on the women's side and 10 in the men's events. Men's and women's events will occur on alternating days, with the men competing on Wednesday and Friday and the women competing on Thursday and Saturday. The top 12/24 marks/times (depending on event) and the 12 best relay teams at the West and East Rounds sites will qualify for the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Eugene, Ore. from June 11-14 at Hayward Field.
