LOS ANGELES – The UCLA men’s golf program will compete in 13 events during the 2026-27 school year, opening the fall season at the Sahalee Players Championship in Seattle on Sept. 12-13, 2026.

The Bruins’ upcoming 2026-27 campaign will mark head coach Armen Kirakossian’s fifth year as UCLA’s head coach. Last season, Kirakossian helped UCLA win the Big Ten Championships team title for the second-straight season, as the Bruins advanced to the NCAA Championships as the runner-up to Auburn. Kirakossian has been named the Big Ten’s Coach of the Year the past two seasons, as UCLA returns a pair of All-Big Ten Conference golf selections in junior Baylor Larrabee and sophomore Josh Kim.

Larrabee finished in a tie for sixth place through four rounds of stroke play at last season’s NCAA Championships in Carlsbad, Calif. He shot 9-under 279 at the NCAA Championships, helping to propel UCLA into the eight-team match play field.

Kim was honored as the Big Ten Freshman of the Year last spring, marking the second-consecutive season in which UCLA’s program had the Big Ten Freshman of the Year – with Larrabee earning that honor in 2024-25. Kim earned his first collegiate medal at the 2026 Big Ten Championships, standing atop the individual leaderboard by three strokes over Washington’s Finn Koelle.

Last season, the Bruins competed at the Sahalee Players Championship, the Fighting Irish Classic and the Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate Invitational.
