Dent Selected UCLA Student-Athlete of the Week Presented by La Victoria

LOS ANGELES โ Senior Donovan Dent of UCLA Men's Basketball has been selected the Student-Athlete of the Week presented by La Victoria for athletic competitions held between Jan. 20-26.

Dent averaged 18.0 points, 9.0 assists and 2.0 rebounds in UCLA's two home wins last week. He shot 15-for-28 overall (63.6%) and 2-for-4 from beyond the 3-point arc, through both games. Dent scored 23 points and a season-high 13 assists in UCLA's 69-67 win over No. 4-ranked Purdue on Tuesday evening. He shot 10-for-18 in the win and had a season-high-tying three blocks. Dent finished with 13 points, five assists, four rebounds and two steals in the Bruins' 71-64 win against Northwestern on Saturday afternoon. He shot 5-for-10 from the field and made his lone 3-point attempt against the Wildcats. Dent has averaged 12.9 points and 6.7 assists in 19 games this season.
