2016 (XC) - Named Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention โฆ Garnered All-Pac-12 honors โฆ Competed at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships in the 10k and finished with a time of 31:41.8 โฆ Raced in the NCAA West Regional Championships in the 10k, placing 26th overall and finishing with a time of 30:10.1 โฆ Placed 12th at the Pac-12 Championships in the 8k and finished 12th with a time of 24:43.5 โฆ Raced at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational (8k) and finished 69th with a time of 24:47.8 โฆ Opened the season with a 39th place finish at the Roy Griak Invitational (8k) with a time of 25:52.1.
2016 (Track) โ Earned USTFCCCA All-American honors on the DMR during the indoor season โฆ Placed seventh at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships in the DMR with a time of 9:34.39 โฆ His year best time in the mile was 4:00.19 at the Husky Classic โฆ The best 3,000m he ran this year was 8:04.72 at the 41st Annual Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational and placed third โฆ Ran the mile in 4:16.62 at the Lumberjack Team Challenge 2016 to place second โฆ Redshirted the outdoor season to transition to the steeple.

2015 (Track) โ A NCAA qualifier in the 1,500m โฆ Competed in eight meets a junior โฆ Set personal bests in the 1,500m (3:42.38), 5,000m (14:18.36) and the 800m (1:50.79) โฆ Ran his personal best in the 1,500m at the prelims at the Pac-12 Championships โฆ Won his section in the 5,000m at the Mt. 2013 (XC) - Competed in four races for the Bruins โฆ Named Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention โฆ Finished 10th at the Titan Invitational with a season best of 24:44.6 โฆ Finished ninth at the Dual at the Rose Bowl with a 25:21.97 โฆ Came in 11th at the Mustang Challenge to open the season with a 25:46.24.
2013 (Track) - Competed in nine events as a freshman โฆ Ran a career best 3:51.11 in the 1,500m against TCU/LSU โฆ Placed fourth in the 1,500m (3:51.99) against rival USC โฆ Finished ninth against USC in his only 800m race of the season with a 1:56.93 โฆ Placed ninth in the Texas State Elite Meet in the 1,500m with a 3:54.91 โฆ Ran an indoor best 4:15.11 in the mile at the UW Invitational.
