Rowed in the novice eight all spring as a freshman...rowed five seat in a season-opening dual-meet victory against Loyola Marymount (March 8)...rowed six seat in the N8+ in a dual-meet win against San Diego State (March 15)...rowed five seat in the N8+ at the Pac-10 Challenge (March 29)...rowed seven seat at the San Diego Crew Classic (April 5)...rowed six seat in the N8+ at the Stanford Invitational and rowed four seat in the N8+ against USC (May 3) and at the Pac-10 Championships...helped lead the Bruins past both of USC's novice eights in the annual crosstown dual meet.
