Thank you for your interest in the UCLA aquatics program. Below are some highlights of our Spieker Aquatics Center Campaign. We are building a home for our championship teams at the Sunset Canyon Recreation Center.
We are entering the “last lap” of our campaign and WE NEED YOU!
- The lead gift for the Spieker Aquatics Center was provided by Tod and Catherine Spieker was announced in April 2006
- To date, over $7 million has been raised toward our goal of $11 million
- Groundbreaking is currently scheduled for Spring 2008
- Several naming opportunities still remain for the Spieker Aquatics Center
- The Spieker Aquatics Center will be the home for UCLA Swimming, Diving and Water Polo, Masters Swimming and countless regional and national aquatics events
We are reaching out to the UCLA family in order to complete the funding for this vital project.
